Dr. Craig Arndt, the president and co-founder of IVS, leads a team of world-class biometrics experts who spearhead the development of biometric and other technologies domestically and internationally.
Dr. Arndt leads the development of much of the US department of defense biometrics infrastructure. He was part of the United States delegation that developed the International standards for biometric systems and was appointed to formulate the test criteria for national biometric certification. Dr. Arndt is recognized by the national science foundation as one of the nation’s top biometrics experts.
